I have a serial number for CF Builder 3, which is an upgrade version. My computer totally died, so I bought a new computer and installed CFB 3. I input my CFB 3 serial number and for my Previous Serial Number, I entered my CFB2 serial number. Both are from my Account page here on adobe.com. The OK button is not activated when I enter my Previous Serial Number. I copy/pasted from my Account page and I have confirmed that I have no extra spaces in the serial numbers.
I do remember that I had an issue with CFB 3 last year, and that I had to get a new serial number. That might be why this isn't working.
I started a Support Chat, but was told that they don't support CFB through chat. Are there any other options other than paying for a support call??
